... devenu Restaurant Baudy

De 1887 à 1914 cet établissement fut le rendez-vous des amis peintres de Claude Monet.
Monet, Cézanne, Renoir, Rodin, Sisley, Mary Cassatt... y séjournèrent ainsi que la majorité des peintres impressionnistes américains qui y fondèrent une école de peinture.

A beautiful old hotel that has quite a history. The architecture is magnificent. I can just imagine the great painters sitting around talking. It also looks like a fine restaurant today.
